First i put a dual exhaust on it, then realised i didn't like the sound so switched out the y pipe for an o/r h pipe and added a Gt flow's cat back, got original 40's mufflers, and then decided to switch out the headers, after that i kinda had the sound i wanted so i chilled for a lil got a cai, gears, t-lok and some lowering springs, i felt my car not getting exactly what it wanted out of all this so i bought a tuner and tune'd it, then chipped it and dyno'd it at like 290 i think, and my dilema was i really wanted to break 300 hp but didn't really know what else to do since i didn't have alot of money for engine work, so i neatly..*kinda* gutted my car a lil and bought a carbon fiber hood, fenders,trunk,spoiler...took out all the seats and put only a driver racing seat in, remove'd all of my car system componets, put a ram air shaker system on it, new throttle body and some underdrive pulleys...finally thought i had some time to chill for a while to dyno it and was very proud of the results...too bad im still sitting on my ugly a** stock wheels =(

oh dear. so, an exhaust, cai, a tuner, a tb, and an underdrive pulley gave you 180whp over stock, huh?

ill let the rest of you guys handle this one.

strongtrade are you calling bs
exhaust added 100 horses???
and from there tuner ud pullies and a tb and a chip added another 52
that deosnt add up right

pullies are what 35-40
exhaust is supposed to add like 15-20 ish
tb supposedly "does nothing"- lil roush,
and a chip another 2-30 ish
so like 280 sounds right
did you forget to add the supper charger there

correct me if im wrong but thats what i know

Even supercharged, you wouldn't get 342Hp, not without some nice heads, p&p, cam and intake, etc... There is NOWAY you dynoed at 342hp, you sure it didn't say 242hp, and with your mods, that would be stretching it.

Damn, that's all I can say is just damn.[sm=insomnia.gif] Unless you're boosted with some head, cam, and intake work, I'm calling[sm=bs.gif]
