Ok read my post!
I have a 96 that I swapped a 2000 engine into, the 96' headers were reconditioned and used on the 00 engine. They will swap all years 3.8L and 4.2L.
I was able to make the EGR tube reach the EGR just fine with a little bending and fiddling, you dont HAVE to cut it and put turbo hose on it to make it work.
See the EGR bung is in a slightly different location on the 94-98 Headers than the 99-04 manifolds.
