Default Dead radio after jump.

My girlfriend left her lights on on her 03 Mustang and it killed the battery. I jumped it with my car and everything worked except the radio. There are no lights and the time does not show up, checked the fuse and everything appears to be ok. I know there is some kind of code that you will sometimes have to enter into the radio to get it working again after a battery disconnect but I thought that was only if it was actually working with the clock up and stuff, it won't even show the clock on hers... Anybody have any idea as to what the problem could be?

Take it to Autozone. They will test your battery for free and tell you if it needs to be replaced. I would also do as suggested and ohm out the fuses with a multimeter. If not that then I would be willing to bet it is fried.
