struts help!!!!!!!

how do i remove the strut tower bracket from the strut .. im in the middle of changing my struts and i cant get them off please help!!!!

They are a bitch to get off. lol My first time changing them out on a Mustang it took me about 2 hours to get the first one off and then 15 minutes to get the second one off after I figured out how to do it.
