rough start

Default rough start
My 3.8 stick shift cranks fine, but once I move the key back to running position it sputters for a few seconds before running normal. It has gotten worse and worse over the past few months. What is up?!

ignition switch? thats my guess, I had a 90 that completely melted cuz it had a loose wire, and would act funny sometimes, then after awhile, it just melted
