If you want a "tuner" then you need to look into the PMS tuning software by Anderson, or the Tweecer RT tuning software, both are expensive, but are the best things you can buy. My vote goes to the PMS.
No, you have to buy the little gear for like 10 bucks. I believe it's 99 and above that you can use a tuner to recalibrate. I didn't realize they made a tuner for the 94's and 95's. I can't believe it is so much though. I wouldn't waste the money on a tuner if I were you, but it really depends what you are going to do with the car in the future. The PMS looks like it's some sort of piggy back programmer of some kind. I dunno!! GL
P.S For almost a grand you could do a split port swap or maybe an m90 build?
