Whats up guys

Alright this is the 2nd time I've posted about this problem. I have a 2002 mustang v6. It has a bbk throttle body, udp set, dual exhaust with flowmasters. I have changed the Tps sensor, (2) intake air control valves. The engine idles a little high upon start up, but comes back down to 750rpms.

When you get out on the road andaccelerate normal, shift, the rpms wind up to 2500-3000rpms.[:@][:@][:@] It will sometimes come down gradually, but now its just staying wide open. I am at my wits end with this. The check engine light went off the last time I replaced it. Which was about a week ago, but gradually the problem has returned along with the light coming back on. When you press the clutch in while coming to a stop, it just winds up like you've pressed the gas??? Like I said ,the check engine light keeps saying idle air control valve. Theres no way (2) have went bad in 2 months. Could the wiring be bad, or something else?

Any ideas will be appreciated. I check back in awhile.
