Default HELP Fast

My 2002 v6 is acting weird. I washed it then took it for a drive to dry in some and when i got back home i parked it and left it for like 20 min. I went to get some lunch and it acted really weird. When i tried to accelerate the shifter shook terribly and it didnt seem to want to go at all it was weird. any suggestions on whats causing it to shake bad and not go when i give it gas?

usually water doesnt do much, because it evaporates pretty fast when its near the engine.
but it might have dried on some areas, but some water most likely setteld somewhere.
just my opinion though.

almost 100 percent is is related to you washing the engine. ive washed mine before without covering some of my components, and sometimes itll run rough until it all evaporates. go out and start your car with the hood closed and let it run for about 15 mintues, see if it smooths out. and next time, try covering all of your electrical and ignition components, your air filter, your alternator, etc.

I would have to agree on this one. Usually when I degrease my engine, I try not to blast the coil with the high pressure nozzle. I'm sure it's just a little water messing with your coil pack. Next time, try not to spray the coil directly, or just put a plastic bag over it, and you should be fine.
