possible or impossible
Yes it's possible, but it would probably be best to sell the auto and go get a 5 speed car. If you are dead set on doing it, check craigslist, ebay, locally IE: pennysaver, newspapers etc... It's going to be a good amount of work, so I hope you have power tools or you're in for some knuckle bustin', wrench throwing, fun!!
yea i got this car at an auction about a week ago its in great shape its got 91,500 miles on it and i love everything about it but the automatic trany=<. its the dark black i wanted with tan leather and the 460 soundsystem stock rims and low profile tires=>. im not gonna do the swap myself im going to take it to a shop i dont know where yet but im gonna look it up and if all is good hopefully have enough money by the end of summer
where can i find those and yea i was planing on getting the 4.10 gears soon but i dont know nething about a shift kit or a 3000 stall converter can u elaborate

Shift kit.... here
Tuner.... here
**** if you get the shift kit and tuner on the car at the same time... make sure you let Justin (the guy that does the tuning at VMP) know so he can adjust the shift pressures with the tuner to complement the shift kit
Differentials and gears
T-lok (limited slip differential) here
~
for super tough applications(like275 rwhp+) Detriot True Trac... here
Gears
4.10 ratio... here
3.73 ratio... here
Rear-end oil... here
Friction modifier, for Ford T-Lok ONLY (and you need it too!).... here
Gear install kit.... here
*** it'sVERYwise to do the ring and pinion install kit so your rear end issolid/fail-proof
As for the torque converter, they have little to no use while your driving down the street... basically for drag racing only. They are expensive too... like $700-plusfor a good one + install price.
I'd recommend getting everything professionally installed. Especially the gears/differential.
