hey guys i got into my car today after school. started it up and it started to chug and when i put it in gear and let it idol it kinda lurked a lil and wouldnt stop so i put it in neutral and reved it up hopping to blow out nething that was in it thinking maby she was had to much fuel or something in it but that didnt work so i drove it around and it kept doing it even when driving it was running rly weird, but eventually stopedafter like the third red light. does anybody know what this might be or has anyone had a similar problem? thanks

oh incase anyone was wondering it was 70 degrees, raining, and humid. and my car is an 2004 auto with 91,000 miles on it.

 

water got under the hood probably!!! You could have a wire getting cross arced due to the water. Either that or you drove through 1 big puddle of water and got some in the intake.

 

oh yea u know what i was late and i ran through a big puddle your right nm thanks i forgot all about that

 

sounds like water in the intake to me. it will stop, all the water will burn out. good thing only a little got in
