that ford V8 sound
In the past, I have owned a '83 5.0 and a '98 cobra SVT. recently, I settled for a '07 V6 because I work far from home, and gas mileage has become extremely important these days. I miss most of all the sound of the V8s. can anyone tell me the best most inexpensive way to make the V6 sound more like the mustle car it looks like?

Your best bet is Flowmasters with an X/H pipe. I have Dual Flowmasters with Magnaflow tips and it improves the sound quality so much. Search Youtube for 2005 v6 mustang and theres usually a bunch of different exhaust setups on there and find one that sounds a lot like what you're looking for.

There is no way to make your V6 sound like a V8. It won't happen. You can have a decent sounding V6, but it will never ever sound like a V8.

do not get flow masters they dont sound good on sixers at all. they make a loud raspy sound. Try mellow tone or even pro sound performace mufflers they sound a lot better and they are cheaper
