Smoke, umm....no, but beat a pre 05, yes, you'll still be behind the curve a bit with the newer Sn-197s.

Put it this way, to smoke the newer GTs you need engine work and an S/C as they run mid 13s stock, the 99-04 require a good driver to do that.

 

about 60-80rwhp with a tune is more realistic
at about 220rwhp+
