First off please correct your grammer. Second, carp sticker, or carb sticker? Im guessing Carb. What year is your car? And why would you have a carb with a CAI? I dont understand...

ya... Cali sucks, even if it passes smog it still has to be CARB approved. Not all aftermarkets parts are. Since obviously you have internet, go to MAC's site and contact them about this and request a sticker, of course you might have to prove somehow you have an actual MAC CAI though

Yup, you are correct, you need to contact the manufactuer and request the sticker. Here is a little something you can read real quick about it. This regards K&N, but it's the same process, different vendor. GL

"CARB decals are regulated by the State of California. The decal is a certificate which declares the K&N intake is an allowable modification to the vehicle, and does not raise vehicle emissions outside of the Clean Air Act standards. In order for K&N to replace a lost or missing CARB decal, you must mail in a completed K&N CARB Decal Request Form, as well as show ownership of the K&N Intake System, and provide a copy of the registration of the vehicle on which the kit is installed. Proof of ownership of the K&N kit can take one of two forms – either an original sales receipt showing when you purchased the kit, or a photograph of the kit installed on your vehicle. This information is required in order to provide proof to the California Air Resources Board that we are in compliance with state law.

The CARB Decal Request Form can be printed from our website, at www.knfilters.com/decal.htm. If you do not have internet access, please call our Customer Service department at 1(800)858-3333 and they can fax you a copy. Please fill out the form completely, attach the required information, and mail it to K&N Engineering, Attn: Tech Support, PO Box 1329, Riverside, CA 92502. We can then release a CARB decal. The request process takes 2-3 weeks to complete from the time we receive your form."
