You could get a Fox 5.0 for less than that. But its your money so....

Keep in mind fox 5.0 brings fox 5.0 problems simply because of the age of the car. If I could have a 2004 with a 5.0 I most deffinitly would take that route and save the thousands of dollars in repair needed to keep the original 5.0s running.
