Default would this be the same..

a friend of mine has a 02' f-150 with a 4.6l v8 hes trying to sell.anyways to my q' would that stock engine if put in my car be the same as the stock engine in the GT. i know there both 4.6 but would the f-150 be pushing the same power as the GT or would it have less power because it was a trucks engine.

Yeah, I've always had it. Most only know of the "Stage 3" bumper that came out on the '01 Stage 3 supercharged cars, then on the Stage 2 and 3 in '02, then on Stage 1, 2, 3 and any other limited edition Mustangs after that. The splitter was on all the 99-00 cars, and the Roush Sports all the way to 04.

On topic: I just learned there were two different 4.6L motors in the F150 after '99.
One was rated at 231/293 (Flywheel), the other was rated 260/350 (Flywheel). I didn't know that, so I thought I'd pass that along as well.

There were two V8s offered each year, so it could be either.
As for the upper intake height, you'll need a cowl hood or to swap on a mustang upper/lower intake set up off a 4.6L SOHC car. Then use a mustang TB, cold air intake etc.. to the filter.
The truck upper points the TB straight forward. It sits really high, and you'd have to have the air intake pointed forward as well.
