The rotors are bigger, that's all, and it has a different backing plate, but the calipers are all the same.

Hi, this looks like a good thread for my question. I tried to replace my rear brake pads on my 03 v6 and when I tried to compress the caliper I found them very hard to turn and they did not go in at all. Are they shot?

you have to have a tool that spins and compresses the pisston at the same time. It also helps to remove the cap from the reservoir
