stock gt springs are and absolute no. yea with the roushes you will have no problems just replacing the springs. now with like eibach sportlines that offer a 2" drop you would have to do some replacing. basically a 1.5" drop or less you can just replace the springs

I have 18s on my v6 and lowered it 2.5" in the front no problem. Just keep the overall revs/mile ratio the same. Go to tirerack.com, look up the spec chart on your OEM tire size, then find a 18" tire that has similar revs/mile. For example, my stock tires were 15/205/65, revs/mile was 810, i think. New tires are 18/245/40, which yields 812 revs/mile, a negible difference. Point is your overall diameter (rims + tires) for 15" rims and 18" should be the same.

I lucked out with random ebay springs,$95 shipped for the whole set. You need more than just the springs. Will need new shox/struts, ball joints to correct steering geometry, CC plates, bumpsteer kit, and alignment. Wakeperformance.com has good deals on all the steeda stuff, same parts, just cheaper. For shox/struts, you can just use monroe OEM, which I did for a smoother more comfy ride, but they may go bad quicker since they are not tuned for such a low center of gravity.
