LT Headers
I am ordering Mac LTs tommorow for my 2000 v6 mustang. As of right now I have true duals with flow master 40. I would like to install the headers and cut the cats off. Would that be a good set up. Also do I need to order anything else with the headers?
you will want to replace the exhaust gaskets, MAC doesnt send them for some reason, you will also need O2 extensions for the front and MILS for the rear so the SES doesnt come on,
i had Long tubes with an custom H pipe (baught an MAC O/R one and had dynomax high flow cats welded in

i think you should be able to get away without buying an H pipe, but it would sound better with one
the MAC long tubes come with flanges, welding a flange to just a pipe is something ive never done, if your taking it to a shop its no big deal, they can make a flange on the pipe thats going to meet the LTs and your set to go
