okay, so the bulb is good... I'm out of ideas.

Seafoam/replace the fuel filter and go from there?

i would check for leaks but a car with 30k on it do you not have a warranty on it? check your air filter to that helps also

i'd pull the wire that goes to the Mass air sensor and run it for a while, and see what it does.. personally

You could try replacing the O2 sensors, they do go bad over time and will not always throw a CEL until it gets to where the sensor is totally toast. Is your EGR working properly? Stock DFPE sensor?
