I love mine. Course now that I have it I do wish I had a v8 but all in time. It is definently a great car for me to do my first real car mods on by myself, even if hubby seems to want to help a bit. But I think it is great. I have not had any real problems yet. Definenlty let us know what you get and what you do!

He was never really into cars, he was more into the sound system in his explorer than anything else. He thought mustangs were alright, but after i started teaching him about mine, talking mods, and taking him out in the stang, now he wants one so bad! He always wants to help. I've got a CAI and a chin spoiler on the way and he says he wants to help put them on because I did my stripes without him. haha.

We'll convert them all.

 

I did the opposite. I converted my wife from Japanese cars (excellent quality I admit) to a late model Mustang. It's a new 2004 Sonic Blue V6 auto which we modded with a GT takeoff exhaust, CAI, 4.10s, and performance tune. Looks and runs great.

 

Hello, I too think that you will be very pleased with a 99-04 v6.....I love mine, looks good and its on the way to being a little faster.
