its kind of a cobra specific question... i'm really not sure what the cobra exhaust looks like to begin with..

-you know.. we started off with one muffler

i think I'd personally go for the mac mid pipe.. but thats just me, and its just an opinion..

Your best bet is to go with the same brand mid pipe but I would highly recommend on not using mac headers. They have fitment issues and the flanges are not all connected and like to warp so it causes pains when installing them after being used. sixers use them bc mac is the only brand that makes them pretty much.

Well for 5.0's they suck. BBk's are always a good choice and if you have the cash get some hookers. But like I said before if you go with long tubes get the match midpipe to be sure it all lines up well. With shorty's you really don't have to worry about it as much. I have a mac o/r h pipe and I have no complaints with it. It comes in 3 pieces so I can tuck it up under the car a little better than a solid midpipe. Either way long tubes are always gonna be a tight fit.

I'd save up and get the SLP's, they are supposedly the best ones for power on any mod motor. Get the long tubes with their x-pipe

SLP Longtubes + o/r X-pipe + SLP Loudmouth 1s + DOHC 4.6L = very loud engine sex

Damn I wish I had at least a GT, this setup and the parking garage at work to cruise around scarring the **** outta everyone.

you cnt use your stock midpipe b/c its made for the shorty headers you need a midpipe made for LT's also dont forgot 4.6's ahve to have the engine lifted to put LT's in and also dont forget stereing box can get in the way had a buddy get Lt's installed and he couldnt turn right untill we moved his stearing box

so bsically buy the mac midpipe and sve your self the headache

who is it that makes the modular midpipe that you can swtich from h to x i cant remember is it SLP?
