spend it somewhere else. your stock intake with a K&N filter and silencer removed provides the same gains.

The best way to do an intake setup (When you need it, stock isnt making really enough power to REQUIRE it) is to build your own.

Your restriction will come at the throttle body where most are limited to a 70mm TB. A windstar intake can be modified to accept a 75mm TB.

The next restriction is the MAF.

MAC makes a very nice 73mm MAF housing as does C&L, they both work very well and is just right for those with 70mm or smaller TB's. Those running a windstar 75mm setup should step up to a 80mm Housing. Accambo makes a nice housing that has a tunable sensor.

Make sure to run the proper diameter tubing as to never restrict flow from the Filter to the MAF to the TB.

A streight shot offers less restriction but requires a box to still keep it a fender intake. You can also just use a cheapo ebay CAI for the plumbing angle that is directed into the fender.

Its pretty easy once you sit down and go over your materials and layout.

For pre-fabbed CAI's you can go wrong with name brand fitment and ease of installation.
MAC's 73mm kit is just over $200 dollars but comes with that 73mm housing.

I have run BBK in the past and still do, its a quality intake system.
