I was replacing the power steering pump. Since I had never done it before but witnessed it once, I tried myself. I used the puller clamp with the pusher screw, which pretty much broke off most of the lip on the pulley, so I tried prying it off instead which ended up breaking the pulley(plastic) so I went to ford for a new one which came out to $46 for the damn thing and when I reinstalled it I guess the tools were universal and when I pushed the pulley as far back(still needs 1-2 centimeters) it pretty much (washed/warped/made smooth) the tip of the pusher bolt. Needless to say, inexperience fuxing sux.

You are aware that there is a Ford specific tool for removing power steering pump pullies, right?

Step 1, get the right tool for the job.
Step 2, do it right the first time.

it keeps me from being liable for my actions, if a rape occurs, it's obvious that you were warned and failed to prevent it, thus making it your fault. Oh, and I love raping v8's.
