Default Throttle Body Help

Should a 65mm TB fit on a 98 sixer? looking around for throttle bodies, i find that 56mm seems to be the only choice for V6's, so im just wondering. also, should i get the 65mm?

You wont see any gains from a throttle body. It should be one of the last things you upgrade on your engine.

i have never looked into this, but as long as the throttle body holes are as big as the intake holes, that is the maximum size that u can go to actually accomplish any thing, and bigger and ur just wasting money.

Like i said that is about all i know, u need to find out how big ur intake is and find the throttle body to match.

No you shouldn't, or your car will get mad at you.

yeah...i wouldn't mess with it...I got a 65mm for my '01, and the acceleration is weird...i have to manually downshift to get the engine to kick into acceleration...i live with it, but yeah..lol, wouldn't have bought it if i could go back
