How are you guys getting such bad MPG's???? I treat my car like crap, it's loaded with problems, it has 141,000 miles and I'm still getting WAY better MPG's.... not trying to toot my horn but I'm just thinking that you guys might have something seriously wrong. Are your cars throwing any codes?

I'm getting about 180 miles a tank. I hear pops when I rev my engine, what should I do?

Do you drive highway or city? Mostly in town, I usually get about 20mpg, so 230-250 miles on about 11 gal?

When i get back home to mine, I'll be changing the plugs and wires, probably the fuel filter as well. I was getting 23mpg, now I get around 18-20, depending on how many cars I feel like passing.

I belive if your car makes a poping sound when you rev it your cats are clogged, i assume the best bet would be to replace them, I would go with high flows because you can get them for like $90 a piece when if you go to like midas or something they will charge you like $150 for oem replacements.

Any recommendations? Are there any specific requirements for the cats I need?

I have brand new cats and they pop, its using to much FUEL. Not to say your old ones arent shot now.
