Default Borg Warner Clutch Kits?

Got a 96 V6 in desperate need of a clutch local trans guy wants about $300 for one of these. I want a Spec but he wont cover it if it is faulty he will only cover his work for 1 year anything wrong he replaces no charge. Just wanna know are these clutches any good. Its not used for racing or anything just a car used for school but I wanna be sure its not a junk clutch. Ive heard of them before and heard they are good but just wanna be sure being things change.

A stock replacement clutch will do jsut fine for you then, but for $300, that better include install.

Spec will cover a faulty clutch under their warranty, he still has to, by law, cover his work for a specified time frame. In short, if he Fs up the install, he pays for it. Pay a little bit more and get the Spec, you won't regret it.
