Default How to remove headliner?

Hello all. I'm trying to remove my headliner to re-cover it. I've got all the usual stuff undone, visors, dome light, a pillers, rear push nuts, and it's still not coming down. Seems like some mounts in between maybe? anyone have any experience with this? I'm trying to take it out without destroying it so I can re-use the board. Any help would be appreciated.

It's glued to the roof, you can get it out, but it's not easy. It takes quite a bit of finesse

I was scared of that. What is the probability of me getting it out without tearing it up? And, say I do get it out in decent shape, what type of glue do I have to use when re-installing? thanks.

It's made out of cardboard, I got one out pretty much in tact, but I really wasn't comfortable recovering it, since the old stuff has to be removed first.
