The Bullitt, regardless of build date in 01 came with the 3650 and then yes all GT's late 01+ came with it, I believe Sept 01 was the build date that the 3650 started becoming standard.
I'm honestly not sure what the Mach 1 has it in, I though it was a T-56 since it was a DOHC engine.
