what's up guys i have a 96 3.8 liter v6 mustang with 120,000 miles on it. my check engine has been on . i'm leaking anti freeze so the shop i brought it to says i'm goin to have to replace my head gasket. does anyone know good places to get a new engine for a decent price. thanks for any help.

The junkyard is a good place to start. You can get the 4.2L out of a F150 if you are looking for more power (like ~ 80hp with a splitport swap) . This'll help alot with the 4.2... http://www.mustangevolution.com/forum/t9601/. It shouldn't be much more expensive than getting a regular used 3.8.
