parts youll need are:
Shaker Scoop
Mounting Brackets
Hoses for the water to be drained that the scoop collects, twist ties to hold them in place from touching the engine.
Applique or whatever its called.. id recomment shaving the edges a little bit before putting it on only because its a little rough and would dig into the paint on the hood, or just get it painted, unless you can find a Mach1 hood in your area.
As for the hole being cut into the hood i have no idea what youd need, id imagine a drill, power hand saw, masking tape, the CDC template for the hole in the hood and the stock air box.
