Default Fluid Change

Sup yall. I got a pretty simple question for ya. I'm wanting to change some fluid in my car (power steering). I was wondering what the best method of doing this would be. I'd rather not pay $80 when I can do it myself ya know. I bought a siphon but it takes too long. I saw this video ,http://www.rangeracceleration.com/Clutch_Care.html, and at about 4:06 he uses a giant syringe type think (turkey baster maybe?) to get fluid out of a reservoir. Is it simply a turkey baster or is it something else? If so, what is it and where can I find? Autozone and O'riellys only sale siphons, I've tried them both.
