your better off finding 94-98 manifolds then shorties.

my car passed MA emissions with long tubes and high flows

There is no h with cats already on it for the mac lt's. You can have cats welded onto the hpipe which is what mustangmann did, and probably alot of other people who want lt's but to pass emissions as well.

Send them back and buy something more usefull. Unless your stockers are cracked (even that can be welded shut my a machine shop), don't even open the package, call the company you bought them from and say you made a mistake and wish to return them.

You might want to rethink the whole Shorties are crap blah blah thing.

Here is a header guide I wrote a while back, my wife deleted all the pictures and didnt know I still was hosting them so I will have to fix that later.

https://mustangforums.com/forum/6-cy...der-guide.html

For 99-04 Mustangs a 94-97 Header upgrade will net some power because the jump to larger primaries and a jump from 2.0" flange hole to 2.25" flange hole.

I started selling Jethot ceramic coated headers a while back that were stock 94-98's but never got a good start on it due to finances.

I have started playing with the idea of selling them again as it is a great performance upgrade for those with 99-04 Mustangs. Its good for those in states like California that dont allow long tubes because of the show finish and lowering heat in the engine bay.

Before I wasnt using JetHot but now I have an account with them and its better quality than what I was using before.

well people say buying shorties like BBK or something are crap, but also agree that 94-98 are better than 99-04. which i also agree

but yeah. idk why but for some reason "shorties" sounds cooler to people that are new to it and they jump on that and buy them

Actually, there was a dyno done on 3.8 or v6p and proved they do nothing on a stock(ish) motor.
