Default need singleport powerpack from ssm installed any takers?

I changed my plans i'm going with the singleport stage 2+ powerpack from ssm. I'm in md and will go alittle out the way if needed if someone would like to install. Give me a price or pm me to discuss it.

Its really just a hell of a lot easier swapping a complete 99+ motor into your car and converting the wiring harness.

I suggest using a 99/00 motor because they do not have IMRC's to worry about.

2001 had the strongest block and had its own part number different from 96-00 and 02-04. What makes it stronger, I dunno - Just going off of what others have said but I DID confirm that the part number is different and a bare block is almost 3 times as expensive as other 3.8L bare blocks

I have a 97' F150 splitport lower intake if you would like to buy it, its ready for porting but you have to remove the IMRC's and fill the line-hole where the shaft went. You could also simply remove the butterflies and leave the shaft there.

I would do $100 shipped on that intake.
PM me if you are interested, it is the same intake used on 01-04. There is a boss I will mark for you that needs to be drilled and tapped for your 2nd temp sending unit as 96-98 have a dual temp sending unit setup where 99+ have a single temp sending unit.

I forgot to drill the boss in my 2000 engine swap so I am only running the ECM coolent sensor so that my fan kicks on and the engine runs correctly, I just dont have a temp reading on my cluster.

+1 it is easier to just swap engines than doing a complete head/intake swap. It usually is always easier to do it that way... lol

If you go to a good shop with a good reputation then they should be able to do the swap no problem. It really is not that big of a deal, their is only a small amount of custom work and it is not difficult work. Of course you are going to have to pay for good work, its not like they want to do good work for cheap.
