Default Mil Eliminators

Hey, I'm getting a few codes and was wondering if these are the codes that mil eliminators would take care of.
P0136
P0141
P0156
P0161

If so, would clearing them with my tuner erase em for ever, or would they just come back later?
Also, Its not throwin any codes about it running lean like I was afraid of, but the care was off at the time (checking it with a tuner). Would it throw the lean or rich code when the car is off?

I know what the codes are. I probably should of posted that. I was just wondering if these were the codes that mil eliminators would correct and if clearing them with a tuner is a permanent or temporary solution.

I think a tuner is a permanent solution. I believe you can shut off the rear O2 sensors with one. Im waiting for the LT's, H Pipe, Mufflers and extras I bought. I cant wait to see how loud LT's w/ side exit exhaust is going to be.

Cool. What bout running lean? Would the codes be thrown even with the engine not running (when having the tuner hooked up, it says not to turn on the engine)?
