Default CLUTCHES

I have a 02' V6 mustang with bout 63k on the original clutch. Its catchin a lil high and id just like to change the pedal feel to be more responsive. I know clutch labor is about $200-300 depending on where you go, so i might as well get a really good clutch, but i have no clue on the tech know how of clutches. All i know is that dual plates are really easy pedal feel. My dads got a 99' hardtop corvette with a stage 2 dual friction clutch, feels like im driving a civic its so light. I just want a better pedal feel than what i have know
