a couple of days ago i realized my tranny started to grind when i put it into 5th gear when i go faster than 60mph but it wont grind if i put it in netural for a second and let the rpms go down and then i tap ont eh gas a bit and put it in 5th and it wont grind
any ideas what the problem is?

Absolutly synchros 5th isn't as bad as 2nd though

u kno how much it would cost to repair?
or is it better just to buy a new tranny?
