What's been changed on the car since the issue?
How many miles are on it?
How do the plugs look?
When's the last time a tune-up was done?
When was the last time the fuel filter was replaced?
What does the car sound like under power?
Are you low on coolant?
Have your head gaskets ever been replaced?

Yeah but a single ignition misfire makes the car sound like it has a bada** cam.
