Default engine lean codes

so my 95 v6 tends to set engine lean bank 1 and engine lean bank 2 codes quite often, i clear them with my scanner but after a while they come back, anyone else have this problem and get it fixed, if so what was it, just curious cuz i dont really have the time or energy to have all that fun diagnosing it, thanks

Have the o2 sensers ever been replaced? Might want to try replacing them. Also get a vacuum test done. Just to make sure you don't have a vacuum leak.
