Default Rear end problems

Last night i was pulling off from a stoplight and then my car jerked really hard followed by a clinking sound. I parked it last, then this morning i jacked the car up to notice that the driveshaft bolts were loose. after retightening the bolts i went for a little ride. for the first few minutes everything was ok, then my car started making the clinking sound again. i jacked it back up and removed the rear end girdle and here are somethings i found...

After looking a little more I noticed that the was some broken teeth on the gear. My question is is does my rear end have a ford tlok?

Both tires where spinning like I had a posi traction rear end due to the spider gear on the driver side axel shaft breaking and locking everything up.
