Default MAF Sensor

So today I cleaned my K & N cold air intake... I have a can of MAF cleaner, yet I cannot remove the MAF housing itself... it uses a T20 bit but with some protruding thing in the middle of it and I don't have that bit, but I have a regular T20... how the hell can I get the thing off?
