Default help with squeaky suspension

so my car groans and squeaks from the back end while driving, over bumps. or wen i push down on it. the front doesnt make noise.. only the back.. it sounds like a sqeaky bed and it chirps wen i hit bumps, what could it be? i havent chenged the shocks at all since i got it over 40k miles ago...but could it be just the spring isolators? they look pretty bad

It's probably your shocks, which has aided in wearing out your isolators. Get some new shocks, and isolators are pretty cheap. Just know that poly ones are gonna lift the car a little bit, I have them all the way around.
