Well how far are you from putting it back together? Did you have to replace anything that has a connector to a newer style? I haven't done a split port swap, but if all you needed were the heads and intake, then you should be able to use the same wire harness, or at least modify the current one.
For example, when I did my 2v-4v swap, I needed to extend the COP wires, the ECT sensor wire, and get a new connector for the alternator. It was miniscule, so it didn't justify getting a whole harness. Even if you do need to change a few things, it'll probably be easier to just modify your existing one.

i have the heads, lower intake manifold, fuel rail, all the accessories connected. only thing i havnt put on is the upper intake manifold and cai because i figured it would be easier to connect everything without it in the way. i know alot of the stuff will hook right back up but im wondering about things like the fuel injectors
If you are changing over to the newer injectors, you can get the pigtails from ebay or a used harness. You don't need the whole harness, you just need to splice a few items into the original harness. You need to extend the coil pack wiring, or take the harness and spread it to give you enough slack to plug it in. I think you need to splice in the iat and tps if i'm not mistaken. You could splice the iac but it isn't necessary.
