Default Engine Questions

Okk, to anyone with the slightest clue,

I have an opportunity to get parts or the motor from an '04 stang... I know I could use the heads, but what about the upper/lower intake? I'm not sure about IIMRCs...

And does anyone know who makes the Cervinis side exhaust muffler?

What are you going to do with them? They should be the same as the ones on your car currently

An 04 has IMRC's, yours doesn't, so you have to use your lower. The only other difference is the flywheel and crank pulley

Since my Stang has become my daily driver while I'm in school, I am probably going to try to build the other motor on a stand. At least get the Upper intake and heads Ported and Polished (might try my hand at that) and throw on some Roller rockers and springs for plans down the road.

If things go my way, I should be able to at least get the heads and intake, if not the whole motor for a GREAT price. One of my friends got majorly rear ended, and the car is totaled. The motor has around 50k miles I believe.

Then I would have evrything I needed except a 4.2 crank, Rocker Arms, cam and springs
