like the titles says, my AIC sensor, or IAC sensor is out... autozone said it wasnt a big deal. itsonly 15 bucks to replace it... should i? what should i do? what is it... sorry i odnt remember exactly what it was i think i was AIC sensor. "air intake control" sensor

It's probably IAC. Idle Air Control. Just swap it out, it's not worth cleaning if it's only $15

An iaT is cheap, an iaC is around $50.

it was 14.99 whatever it was, but my ****ing exhaust just fell off so now im running a v6 with open headers... lol well manifolds whatever they are though... so i gotta fix that now!

If it's just the passenger side manifold, then a competent welder can repair it and make it better than the original design fairly easy. It's just a matter of welding it on the backside of the flange as opposed to the inside.

been there man...ive gone thru a set that did that already

its the driver's side. looks like that catalac converter snapped off right at the manfold. i am going to get it looked at tomorrow, hopfully it wont be too much


any one know how much it would run? to get it welded back on

I'm curious as to what would have caused that one to fail. I honestly have no clue how much it would be to have repaired, I fixed mine in my garage lol
