Could one stang's death give another new life?
The week before last, I totaled my 2000 5-speed. I've been thinking of replacement ideas (mostly a WRX Wagon), the other day, I saw a white 98 automatic with a bad engine. That got the wheels turning in my head. Since I have the 2000 still with no drivetrain damage, how hard would it be to swap in the split-port and T-5 to the 98? I'm thinking it shouldnt be too difficult since I have the complete 5-speed car (computer, pedals, crossmember, everything)
Also, the 98 has the ugly gray interior, my 2000 was all black. How hard would it be to swap out interiors and the mach 460 system?

since you got the donor car its not really a matter of hard just if your willing to spend some time on it. depending on how handy with ur tools a day or 2 for the interior and about the same for the drive train. if your really good and possibly have a friend you could get it done in 2 days oh yeah and lots of PB Blaster
