If it were an old school car, I'd say it's easy as X has pointed out to install a cam. I have no idea about a six to be honest, but I can tell you from experience on my old 95, the radiators are a cinch to get out, less than 10 minutes, probably the easiest way I'd assume for clearance. Doing mechanics isn't hard, just time consuming and patience is EVERYTHING, with a little guidance, install that **** yourself.
