I read it will NOT but its all 2.5 piping

Where did you read it will not? I believe it will but that H pipe is designed to bolt up to long tube headers.

Yeah i already have the LTs, I read on a website that is selling H-pipe (forgot which one, might have been Autoanything.com) that will only fit to Mac catbacks

No the MAC H pipe will fit ANY catback made for a 99-04 GT.
