Default Cold Start Issues

Only happens in the mornings when i try to start the car, started to happen when it started getting colder. Anyways the car will not start when i crank it the first time however on the second crank it starts right up no boggling or hessitation. Im hopping someone can point me in the right direction
car is a 2000 auto 150k tune up recent just forgot to clean the air filter, and hae never seafoam.

my car used to have that problem but it was solved when i did a full tune up

Welp replace the air filter, try some seafoam and change your fuel filter if you havnt.

Also might want to look at your IAC and EGR to make sure they are caked up and almost closed.

what did you gap the plugs to?, how old is your battery/starter?

I dont remember of the top of my head but something in the range of .50 My starter is as old as my car and replaced my battery this summer. I swicth my fuel filter over the summer as well. the haynes manual says something about the engine temperature sensor.

mine are at .035 that may be your problem
