Look on the sponsors links on the home page. V6 Mustang Stuff, Mustang Tuning, and Pypes all sell midpipes.

or get a shop to custom fabricate an H pipe with high flow cats welded to your cat back after the Y pipe flange so it is true dual

The ones you have now.....seriously

A custom true dual midpipe can be welded on behind your stock cats and welded to your catback, replacing your existing Y-pipe and single catback flange. The same shop that does the midpipe can also weld in high-flow cats to replace yours, but it will cost you some $$.

www.pypes.om makes an x-pipe. use that with a GT take-off exhaust and it will sound better and give you more power

How does your car sound with the high flow cats? I'm thinking about going off road or maybe two high flow cats to replace my stock y-pipe. Currently I have a quasi-dual flowmaster exhaust. I've heard a couple of v6s with off road pipes and they have sounded awful. Then there are some that I've heard that sound pretty wicked. Still confused about what to do.

dont go completely offroad. it will sound BAD and annoying. just keep the stock 1st 2 cats and cut the Y pipe off between the 2 sets of cats and then have an H pipe made to your cat back. it will be MUCH louder with 2 stock cats than with all 4. i have a "high flow" pipe with stock 1st 2 cats (not high flow cats) the 2nd set of cats are very long and restrictive.

Removal of the rear cats at a shop might be made more difficult, though not impossible, by state emissions regulations. For instance in the Great State of Texas, officially it could not be done.
