Electrical problems
then your fuel pump might be bad, sounds like whatever dealer you went to just wanted to try all of the most expensive parts first, i.e. the ones that NEVER fail. A fuelk pump is cheap, hell an svt focus pump is only $100 and it drops right in.
Check all your electrical connections make sure there isn't corrosion, use baking soda and water to clean them. Replace the blown fuses and see what happens. If they don't blow again, then problem solved. If they do blow again, I recommend upgrading your fuel pump ground wire and grounding to the chassis.

ok i have found the solution it is the rear O2 sensors, i put mil eliminaters in for my off road xpipe. i unpluged them and it was a miracle i heard my fuel pump prime. my car has been sitting for a while. lol ok one question, since i have an offroad pipe will not havin the rear o2 sensors pluged in, cause a problem?
put in some new ones. Are you running the propper coolant mixture? Did your block "freeze"? JThorn just blew one or two out of his 5.0 for no apparent reason. It's not common, but it happens.
